Hello!
I am about to re-embark on a journey of weight loss. I have an overall goal of at least 130 pounds to shed. That is a whole other person! I mean, really, how did I get to be two and a half people? That’s going to end up being a whole other post.
I mentioned that this is a re-embarkment (if it is not a word, it should be, dammit!). At the end of January this year, I had initially gone on a diet. I had lost about forty pounds, but when I had an illness recently, I gained about half of it back. However, I didn’t have much of an exercise regimen, and since I fully plan to implement one this time, I think I will be far more successful than the last time. Perhaps, I will even make my goal.
Feel free to follow me, friends and strangers. Be my cheering section! I feel like I really need it, and will, hopefully, be posting every day. If I don’t, feel free to nag the ever loving hell out of me.
