8-14-11 Food Diary


Breakfast: Salad with cilantro dressing and tomatoes

Snack 90 cal cereal bar. Nomnomnom

Lunch: salad. Grilled chicken with portobello, sauteed spinach, sundried tomatoes, and a little bit of rice. Diet coke and water.

Snack : 1 roma tomato

Dinner: 20 chicken nuggets and some ketchup. rawr.
