Breakfast: 2 peaches sliced up and munched on over an hour. The peaches were surprisingly filling. Also, a can of coke zero.
Lunch : salad with ranch (no extra :) ), ellis island chicken with some rice and green beans, a glass of diet coke. I didn't eat all of the rice, or all of the chicken, for that matter.
A 20oz bottle of diet coke.
Dinner: 2 fliet mignon steak thingies, and two plums for dessert. NOM!
For day 1 of Return of the Diet, I don't think I am doing too horribly!
